The Focus of this role is to provide the necessary leadership, planning, organization, direction and control required to meet sales and marketing objectives. If you are a guru at strategy, execution, and leadership than this is probably the position for you!
As a Director of Sales & Marketing some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Motivate! Mentor! Manage!
  • Develop and execute sales, marketing and business development strategies.
  • Staff, train and manage a team of sales and customer service professionals.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the company; projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
  • Evaluate and recommend programs and initiatives to expand opportunities in the market space of Tent and Event rentals.
  • Facilitate and strengthen inter-departmental communications between the Sales, Operations, and Finance departments to maintain an efficient flow of information and productivity within the organization.
Some of the key qualifications will include:
  • Experience in leading a sales team to success.
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a clear ability to guide and motivate people.
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to start, cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with customers, direct reports, and senior management.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Available on weekends.
